Director of Programs and Operations
(One-Year Contract)
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Director of Programs and Operations (DPO) is responsible for the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of Jessie’s programs and services. The DPO supports the effective operation of the Centre by leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring all programming aligns with Jessie’s mission, policies, and service delivery framework.
Counsellor/Case Worker
The Counsellor/Case Worker operates as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and provides an entry point into the Centre and actively seeks to build, develop, and maintain a supportive relationship with participants. The Counsellor provides case management and counselling to a caseload of approximately 40-50 participants.
